Andrew Tyler

Chairman

Andrew joins Joloda Hydraroll as Chairman, following 35-years in engineering and technology businesses. With experience in industrial and business support services, he sees a crucial future for Joloda as businesses around the world become ever more focused on logistical efficiency through innovative solutions and automation. Andrew chairs a number of companies in the private markets and is looking forward to being part of Joloda’s winning team for the future.

CEO

Michele, Joloda Hydraroll’s CEO, has been steering the team since 2017. He’s an integral part in the company’s worldwide status, and feels a great sense of pride in knowing that Joloda Hydraroll’s experienced team deliver to all corners of the globe. At heart, Michele’s a lover of good old fashioned engineering – and thinks there’s nothing better than seeing a load being effortlessly glided into a container by hand.

Sales Director

Helping us lighten loads for over 15 years, Wouter's knowledge of the Joloda Hydraroll product range is hard to beat. It's one of the reasons that he finds picking a favourite so difficult. Because for Wouter, it's the quality of Joloda products that keeps him selling year after year – he just loves to help solve customers' problems, one solution at a time.

Richard Birks

Group Finance Director

Richard initially joined the Joloda team in 2013 as the external management accountant working for the auditors. He joined the new team properly in 2019, attracted by the fresh sense of purpose he sensed in the company following the BIMBO. The first transaction he was involved with was the acquisition of the service team into Joloda Conveyor Services, closely followed by the investment into Joloda of our PE partners BGF. He loves the breadth of systems the company has in its portfolio.

Julian Allen

Operations Director

The spearhead of our technical department, Julian joined Joloda Hydraroll's management team in 2022 and enjoys working at the business because it is a customer focussed, dynamic and growing business. As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Julian enjoys the design and quality of our products and the challenge of serving a demanding worldwide client base of prestige blue-chip clients.

Brett Murrill

Director, Loading Automation Inc.

Having worked with Joloda Hydraroll as a distributor for a number of years, Brett officially became part of the team during the LAI acquisition. Much like his relationship with Joloda, Brett likes the idea of a solution being perfected over time, to become more durable and more reliable. He says working for Joloda is as satisfying as solving a puzzle – there's nothing greater than taking a customer's problem, and coming up with the best solution.

As Group Project Manager, Bram's a key player in the international side of Joloda Hydraroll – which happens to be one of his favourite parts of the job. He's a lover of the most technical of solutions, and finds himself constantly impressed with the high tech controls and custom made designs that goes into solutions like the Slip Chain.

General Manager Joloda Conveyor Services

Lee is kept busy running Joloda Conveyor Services. The team makes sure conveyors are kept running for some of the biggest parcel services in the UK. His favourite Joloda Hydraroll product is the modular roller bed system for vans - it works in all van types and makes the loading of pallets so much easier. What he like best about working for the business is that every day is a different challenge.
