On the stand Joloda are showing the ultimate in automatic truck loading systems. There are 3 systems that Joloda have to fulfil varying business cases. For pallets, the slipchain system is ideal for short shuttle distances with a trailerskate system for long shuttle distances. These systems move up to 26 pallets in 1 load. For non-palletised loads the slatted moving floor moves 30 tonne loads at the press of a button.
These automated trailer loading systems can load and unload a trailer in under 2 minutes realising quick turnaround of the vehicle in a fully de-manned operation. The systems can be perfectly integrated with AGV’s, production conveyors and automated warehouses, so are all in line with Logistics and Supply chain 4.0.
