Flexibility

The Actiw LoadPlate can load any cargo without the need for a "slave pallet" - and with minimal height loss (just 40mm), supporting up to 30 tonnes of cargo. It easily handles loose or sensitive goods without damage, due to the low-friction plastic plate.

Competing systems often rely on rigid, costly slave pallets, which reduce flexibility and cause significant height loss in containers or trailers.

Low Friction

The patented plastic plate is specifically designed to load containers and trailers smoothly, gliding over minor floor damage or obstacles without risking damage to the machine or cargo.

In contrast, systems using steel plates face higher risks. Steel can snag on obstacles or rough container floors, potentially damaging the container, cargo, or even the machine. Steel plates also generate heat from friction when sliding over screws or metal debris, further increasing the risk of failure.

The LoadPlate is built with a massive steel frame and top-quality components, designed for long-term, reliable performance. Key parts, like the rollers and chain drive, are securely integrated into the frame for maximum strength and durability. The oldest LoadPlates, built over 20 years ago, are still in operation today.
