In the event of a breakdown, we offer extended phone support and ensure a rapid response to your equipment when covered by a support contract, this then gauges the detail of the problem, parts needed then an electromechanical engineer is on the road straight after and we can repair any boom or transport conveyor regardless of manufacturer.

We will endeavour to have you back up and running as soon as possible.
We also offer a refurbishment package for equipment over 10 years + that has been well maintained throughout its life. We firstly inspect the equipment, quote for the parts and labour needed and arrange work when it’s convenient for your business, all repairs completed are covered with 12 months warranty.

support contracts

We offer support contracts for maintenance so our engineers will attend site on the dates convenient for you and complete the routine maintenance tasks to keep your system in good working order and minimize downtime. Our systems are designed for use 24/7 and are often used at full capacity so because of this we do recommend regular maintenance from our experienced engineers to ensure optimum operation at all times.

Our contracts can be tailored on a client to client basis dependant on usage, throughput and maintenance habits. These service visits can be weekly, quarterly or simply scheduled in with your company shutdown periods. All engineers are fully qualified, experienced engineers who will service and maintain your equipment and recommend any future upgrades needed.

Installation Installation

installation, commissioning and training

Following delivery of the Joloda Hydraroll systems to your site, our engineers will install, commission and train your key personnel to ensure an optimal start with your new equipment. We also train on-site employees for general housekeeping and maintenance on these systems and first response breakdowns.

All systems come with a full technical manual consisting of mechanical and electrical drawings with recommended spare parts list and troubleshooting guidelines.

Standard spare parts are available on 24-hour delivery service to minimise downtime. Our technical manuals supplied with the systems have a list of recommended spare parts that can be purchased to hold on site. We offer a 20% discount on spare parts for customers who have support contracts with a 2-year warranty.
