The 'One Shot' container stuffing system, enables you to stuff long heavy and wide loads into a container on the ground. By using a loading plinth you can load and restrain up to 12 meter long 30 ton pre-assembled load into your conatiner in 15 minutes. The system requires no modifications to standard ISO containers. The system is reusable for the next container at the loading or unloading point.
Portable & reusable equipment for loads of up to 40ft in length.
Ideal for ground stuffing long heavy loads.
No requirement for specialist top or side loading containers.
Use unmodified 20' & 40' ISO end loading containers.
Any loads up to 40' long placeable on the loading plinth can be selfloaded into the container.
Rapid turn around time - typically 30 minutes.
Equipment is removed after loading/unloading.
To strip the container reverse the system at the unloading destination and pull out the load.
The system comprises of the Joloda Container Jacking System, 40' (12m) skates running in captive track down a sloped plinth into the container.
Utilise standard ISO boxes and save $ 000's!
One Shot 20' ISO kit comprises: Set of container jacks MDS 16/35, a 26' (8m) loading plinth, 10x10' (3m) portable tracks, 2x20' long hydraulic skates - 28 ton capacity.
One Shot 40' ISO kit comprises: Set of container jacks MDS 16/35, a 46' (14m) loading plinth, 18x10' (3m) portable tracks, 2x40' long hydraulic skates - 28 ton capacity.
"Selfload long, heavy loads up to 28 tons in one shot - anywhere !"

Technical Information
The container jacks lower the container from the trailer and lock it onto the plinth creating the loading angle.
The portable steel track (3m long) is clipped together and laid parallel on the plinth and the container floor.
Skates with a 28 ton capacity are assembled from modules giving a 20' or 40' lift length.
The load is assembled on 80mm (4'') wooden bearers that form the minimum clearance required to slide in/out the low profile skate and track system.
The skates lift 25mm (1'') via a hand hydraulic pump - the one shot load is "live" and rolls down the captive track into the container.
A manual braking system is incorporated in the hydraulic skate lift mechanism allowing continuous operator control and instant braking.
The skates are manually lowered, the skate and track system is the "pulled out". The load is now stowed and ready to ship.
The container jacks are powered up allowing the container to be locked onto the trailer. The container jacks are unclipped and the trailer departs.
The system enables long, wide and heavy loads to be one shot loaded with only 25mm of clearance from sidewalls, maximising container usable cube with no load damage.
