  • The floor is chain driven by a powerful water resistant motor reduction gear box that can run on either 24V truck battery or mains power.
  • The dual power facility enables you to mains load at the warehouse and battery unload at a remote site.
  • For payloads up to 10,000 kilos 3/4" roller chain is specified and for loads up to 30,000 kilos 1" chain is fitted.
  • Loading speeds can be varied up to 30 metres/minute by a simple electronic control.
  • Twin beam photo electric cells allow for automatic indexing of pallets in the trailer body.
  • The moving floor is thin and compact at just 100mm high and with a flush fitting head board you can maximise load space.
  • Used in trucks bodies operating at +60°C to -25°C.
  • The system can be retrofitted or built into new trucks, rigids or semi trailers and can be safely used in wet or refrigerated conditions and cleaned by simply hosing down.
